Invite a teammate

  1. As an account owner, open Settings (or Controls), then Team.
  2. Choose Invite users and enter the teammate’s work email address. Review each address before submitting.
  3. Select the appropriate role shown in the invitation form. Use Read-only for people who only need to view information; use Member when they need permitted operational actions.
  4. Send the invitation. Ask the recipient to follow the invitation using that email address, then review the Team list for their status.
  5. If the invitation is missing, confirm the address and ask the recipient to check spam or quarantine. Use Resend Invite for a pending invitation when needed.

Review and remove access

Review the Team list when responsibilities change. Owners can update permitted roles or remove a user’s account access using the available action and its confirmation dialog. Keep owner access limited to people responsible for account administration.

Some advanced controls require more than the Owner role, including explicit autonomy-administration permission and a recent MFA check. Ask your administrator if a control is unavailable; another person’s password is never a substitute for permission.

Protect your account

  • Use an individual login for each person. Do not share passwords, invitation links, recovery links, MFA codes, or API keys.
  • Sign out from the account menu when finished on a shared computer.
  • Customer-only help uses your MarkPaid account. Public help remains available without signing in.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access to support promptly. Include the approximate time and affected account, without sending credentials.
